Other Notes: The donor, a graduate of the Univeristy of Texas, gave this quilt to the University in 1968. It is one of three quilts she donated (see also W2h2.68 and W2h3.68). Family history states that this quilt was made by the donor's grandmother, possibly with help from her mother (the donor's great grandmother) sometime before the family's move to Texas in the 1880s.
