Gladys probably made this before she married and worked in the business office of the highway department. Glady's was the second wife of Calvin D. Johnson, and was not married to him when he was in the state legislature. Calvin served in U.S. House from 1943-45. His first wife died in 1944 and his son was killed in WWII in same year.
