Family believed that it was made by Susannah Tweed Arganbright (1820-1876 OH) and Eliza Eagleston (1859-?)in Stark Co., IL. There is no record of Sarah living in IL, although Eliza lived there all her life. It was more likely made by her Susannah's daughter, Mary Arganbright Timmons, who was a cousin by marriage to Eliza and lived very close to her.
