Describe anything about the history of the quilt that wasn't already recorded in a previous field:

Donor grandmother, Rosaria Quartana Valenti brought this quilt to Detroit in June of 1929. She passed away in June of 1930. It was made in Sicily, used as bedding. Later stored in a barn and commercially cleaned in 1998.
