Describe anything about the design of the quilt that wasn't already recorded in a previous field:

This quilt was made to honor my mothers teaching career. She began teaching in a one room school (Schaver) Hinton Twp., Mecosta Co. in 1930. From 1930-1937 she taught Shaver and Fouts one room schools. In 1938-39 she taught Kindergarten in Morley. Then she raised 2 children Richard and Nancy Taylor. Then she went back teaching 1956-1973 at Remus Elementary. The people on the photo transfers are her family members.
