Essay:
"I think an art quilt should involve an idea that the artist wishes to express; the artist may use any methods of working with fiber that will express that idea. My idea was to show my visualization of time and distance. It has the present nearby and the future in the far distance. Hence, my boulders proceed from the near/present to the distant/future. Could be from here to eternity!"
