The MSUM purchased it from Shipshewanna quilt dealer Rebecca Haarer. Haarer purchased it from Rachel Anderson. Rachel Anderson got the quilt from her mother Cindy Ojala who purchased it at and auction in Chippewa County (Sault Ste. Marie) from Mary Etta (or Margetta) Cryderman. 2015.
