I have made quilts to leave a little of myself behind. I believe our children should have something of tradition, family ties to be handed down from one generation to another. Quilting is a perfect pass time, quiets ones nerves and disciplines one, it teaches new skill, color planning, pattern selection, different stitches, different techniques and a self satisfaction of accomplishment.
