Describe the quilting designs used:

All patches are outline quilted following the design of the top. A fan motif is quilted in all four corners of the applique blocks. Stitches are medium size with excellent quality workmanship.

Features or notes about the quilt's appearance, materials, or construction:

The lattice is composed of horizontal red strips with white cornerstone blocks and vertical green strips with white cornerstone blocks. Every applique patch is hand embroidered on the edges with tiny buttonhole stitches. The rose buds are made to look dimensional.

Daughter received the quilt as a gift from her mother-in-law (Mac Queen, Helen). She says it came from the house of Mac Queen, Emma of Horseheads/Chemung County, New York but does not believe it was made by her.
