Scroll design hand quilted in the lattice and border. Outline quilting follows design of the top.
Features or notes about the quilt's appearance, materials, or construction:
Every Sunbonnet Sue has matching shoes, hat and sleeve made from various colors of solid/plain fabric. The dresses are all different prints that coordinate with the solid fabric colors. They all have hand embroidered stem stitch hands, hat ribbon, cuff detail, skirt detail and shoe detail using black cotton embroidery floss. The lower corner of every bonnet has an embroidered French knot flower.
