Mrs. Zieger and her daughter Joan started out making the quilt together. Joan chose the fabric. They pieced 10 blocks each. When they went to put it together, Mrs. Zieger realized they had different sizes for the seam allowance. Mrs. Zieger redid Joan's blocks, made the top, quilted the quilt and bound the edges. She then presented it to Joan as a gift. Joan loves it.
