A four-leaf clover motif is quilted in the center of every large solid/plain white block. Grid crosshatch on point is quilted through the small print squares. All of the other patches are shadow outline quilted.

Mrs. Zieger and her daughter Joan started out making the quilt together. Joan chose the fabric. They pieced 10 blocks each. When they went to put it together, Mrs. Zieger realized they had different sizes for the seam allowance. Mrs. Zieger redid Joan's blocks, made the top, quilted the quilt and bound the edges. She then presented it to Joan as a gift. Joan loves it.
