Solomon's Temple pieced quilt made with series of fabric strips. There are 8 strips of fabric in each temple, four temples make a square, and four squares made a block. Identical fabrics are placed in adjoining blocks to form diamonds of 16 strips. There are 278 blocks. The strips are made up of various colors, checks, and stripes of wool, silk and cotton fabrics
