Owner believes it was made by her mother-in-law's grandmother in either Indiana or Pennsylvania. The Wolfe family lived in Pennsylvania in the mid-1800s, then moved to Logansport, Indiana. Dara Wolfe Berg inherited the quilt (d. 1967). It went to Loretta Berg Lybrook (1912-) of Manchester, Indiana, then to Karen Lybrook of Portsmouth, RI in 1985.
