These TMM quilts are now part of CAH’s Winedale Quilt Collection. Information relating to each quilt’s provenance is based on documentation recorded by TMM staff at the time of acquisition, which began in the early 1940s and continued until 2003. This quilt was donated to the Texas Memorial Museum in 1984 by Col. Guy M. Cloud of Austin, Texas. Col. Cloud also donated five other quilts: see TMM2491-2, TMM2491-3, TMM2491-4, TMM2491-5 and TMM2491-6.
