page 4 pattern blocks - diamond half blocks 8 only quarter blocks - 4 only page 5 set for blocks - 16 straight, 4 on point, 20 plain blocks, 12 partial blocks page 9 made by my mother, Mrs. Florence Sayre I was married August 7, 1938 and I think it was made prior to that. This quilt took first place at a Jackson County Fair Was held in the grove by the Otterbein church just below Evans, WV
