Top made by grandmother Rae Clark who died at age 61 before finishing quilt. Great grandmother Anna Christensen quilted it and finished in 1969 for Paula Slater. Anna Christensen quilted over 300 quilts. she was a pioneer in WY. She was born in 1890 and homesteaded in Laramie where she and her husband had a dairy farm. She was Danish and quilted with her "circle" of friends where she learned different techniques. She quilted for others and continued to quilt until she was 90 years old.
