in the embroidered blocks there is a grid 1" apart in the 4 corners. In the solid blocks there is a single square on point quilted in the block, forming a kind of grid of diamonds through the rows. The sashing is quilted .25" inside the horizontal edge only. The binding of back to front is quilted along the folded edge.
