Any other notes or stories about the quiltmaker:

She loved to sew and made lots of quilts. I don't know of any special occasion that these were made for. She was a very hard worker, I don't remember her ever just sitting. She was the most patient person I ever knew. I visted with her lots growing up and I never remember her complain. Never had an ache or pain or headache. I loved her very much. She was a large woman and really respected by her neighbors and numerous friends. She was always helping others. When I married, she and my husband became friends right away. When I remember her, she was always sewing or busy with something. These thoughts were writted by her grand daughter.
