My great aunt died before completing the quiltbut her daughter presentedit to me and told me it was made for me. I had an Amish woman hand quilt it to finish it by hand.

Lizzie May Wilson Mathews died 1961 prior to quilting. Amish woman in Lancaster, PA approximately 1970 traded quilting for a crate of oranges.
