Daughter, Elaine, wrote names of family members, dates of birth and Mom and Dad's birth date and wedding date

Exhibitions where this quilt was displayed:

Golden Age Hobby Show, Bell Telephone Bldg., Pittsburgh, PA 1980. Mom (Mary Hunchuck) sewed the old patches and the muslin shrunk, she replaced the white centers and outside edge pieces and binding. Mom sewed while she sat near Dad who had stroke and couldn't walk or talk. They used to quilt together while they were young, as she sewed the pieces he marked and cut out.
