Biography of the quiltmaker:

This was the first quilt that the quiltmaker made. The quiltmaker also does various other crafts, such as soap stone making. This quilt was inspired by the quiltmakers aunt, Mrs. Bernice Thygesen of Oyen Senior Citizen's Home and Mrs. Angus Fowler of High River, who are avid quilters.
