Outline of pieced shapes. Also cross hatched, straight #. 2 circles with .75" straight lines (see sketch) in the plain blocks. Diagonal lines 1" apart in the border. The quilting stitches were even.

A visually effective quilt, because the red alternate blocks are so vivid. However the pieced blocks are faded.
