Medallion: Wheel with 14 wedges-diagonal lines in each wedge surrounded by .5" square grid. Sectioned off 4 fans (see sketch) 10" in size, 4" chevron (see sketch), 4" waves (see sketch) in the border. 1.5" triangles (see sketch), 8" various designs on point, 2" single cable.

The quilt was previously owned by Miller Milk Company, Oakland, CA (?), Enid Barnes, Richmond, CA (?). Gift from Enid Barnes in 1986 in Richmond, CA for display in the Rex Allen Museum. The quilt was brought to Arizona in 1986.

Describe anything about the history of the quilt that wasn't already recorded in a previous field:
Quilt said to be Amish. Thread is also handmade. This is one piece of a large collection of textiles amassed by a school teacher, Enid Barnes, who used the textiles she gathered on her travels to educate the children in her classroom. It was a gift to the Rex Allen Museum from the collector's niece.
